About Course

Practical GenAI in Supply Chain is the self-paced Skills4X twin of Digisoul’s AI4X live programme. Working alone on your own chain, you build a board-defensible Supply-Chain AI Operating System using genuine frameworks – SCOR, Kraljic, APICS/ASCM, ABC/EOQ inventory science, TIM-WOODS lean, S&OP, demand sensing and MENA customs – with Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini as your co-pilots. Every lesson ends in something you can run, and the capstone is a real project on your own supply chain.

Course Content

Topic 1 · Strategy + supplier intelligence
Map your chain with the SCOR reference model, then classify your suppliers with the Kraljic matrix and a risk register.

Topic 2 · Maturity + inventory science
Diagnose your supply-chain maturity against the APICS/ASCM body of knowledge, then set ABC, EOQ and safety-stock policy.

Topic 3 · Lean + S&OP
Run a TIM-WOODS waste audit and value-stream map, then design a three-audience S&OP cadence with exception governance.

Topic 4 · Demand sensing + customs
Detect and tame the bullwhip with AI demand sensing, then build a MENA customs pack under Incoterms 2020 with an audit log.

Capstone · Your Supply-Chain AI Operating System
Assemble every component into a board-defensible, audit-logged Supply-Chain AI Operating System running on your own chain.
