Why practical, not theoretical
Most certifications drill you on vocabulary for an exam, then leave you guessing on Monday. This programme is built around the artifacts a working project manager actually produces and defends in front of a sponsor.
Every session uses your real tasks, data and tools — you build assets you keep, not slideware.
You finish with a portfolio artifact and a verifiable certificate governed by our ISO/IEC 42001:2023-certified AIMS.
The shift
Move from reactive task-chasing and gut-feel timelines to a repeatable operating method: a baselined plan, a live critical path, and a weekly cadence that catches slippage before it becomes a crisis.
By the end, you'll be able to…
Skills you’ll build
Scope & WBS
Critical path scheduling
Earned value tracking
Risk register design
RACI & stakeholders
Status reporting
Our approach
Our programmes help professionals get genuinely good at the work itself. We combine education, real examples, and guided practice so people leave with skills they can apply immediately.

A four-module path from charter to closeout, ending in a board-ready project plan.
Each module builds one core capability and one real deliverable, so the plan grows with you.

Risk & change control
Probability-impact scoring, RAG thresholds, mitigations, and a change request log.
Status, control & closeout
Weekly RAG reporting, variance response, sign-off, and a lessons-learned register.
You leave with a board-ready project plan
You build a complete project plan on a scenario from your own work — charter, WBS, schedule, budget, RACI and risk register in one pack.
By the end it is a document you could put in front of a sponsor and run a real project from.

Your toolkit
You work with the real instruments of the trade — Gantt charts, network diagrams, RACI matrices, risk registers and earned-value tracking — using tools like Microsoft Project, Excel, Jira and Asana.

Questions, answered
What will I actually be able to do after this?
Charter a project, break it into a work breakdown structure, build and baseline a schedule and budget, run a risk register, and report progress in a cadence that keeps delivery on track. Every capability ends in a deliverable you can reuse at work.
Who is this programme for?
Project coordinators, team leads, and people who have been handed projects without formal training. It suits both newer practitioners who want a solid operating method and experienced ones who want to tighten how they scope, schedule, and control.
How is it delivered?
It is fully self-paced and on-demand. The content is organised into modules you work through on your own schedule, with templates and worked examples you apply as you go. There are no live sessions to attend.
How much time does it take?
That is up to you. The four modules are designed to be completed in focused sittings, and most members make steady progress over a few weeks of part-time study while building their capstone plan alongside.
What do I produce by the end?
A complete, board-ready project plan built on a scenario from your own work: charter, WBS, schedule with critical path, cost baseline, RACI matrix, risk register, and a status and closeout pack.
Do I need to follow a specific methodology like Agile or Waterfall?
No prerequisite methodology is required. You learn the universal core — scope, schedule, cost, risk, and stakeholders — and where waterfall and agile each fit, so you can apply the right approach to your own projects.
