Delivery & Digital Fulfillment Policy
Delivery & Digital Fulfillment Policy
1. Scope & Definitions
This Delivery Policy governs the fulfillment of all digital content, digital services, and online subscriptions purchased from https://digisoul.io (“the Website”), operated by DigiSoul AI Agency (“DigiSoul,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
- Digital Product — any non-tangible deliverable including software (SaaS), Chrome extensions, digital templates, e-books, training courses, certification programs, prompt libraries, digital design assets, licenses, and downloadable files.
- Digital Service — cloud-based access, consulting session credits, workshop seats, membership tiers, API access, and analogous online services.
- Customer — the individual or legal entity whose name appears on the order confirmation.
2. Regulatory Framework (Egypt, 2026)
This policy is drafted in compliance with the following Egyptian laws, regulations, and standards currently in force as of 2026:
| Instrument | Relevance |
|---|---|
| Consumer Protection Law No. 181/2018 & Executive Regulations | Transparency, fair commercial practices, right to information on digital goods. |
| Anti-Cyber & Information Technology Crimes Law No. 175/2018 | Secure electronic transactions and data integrity during delivery. |
| Personal Data Protection Law No. 151/2020 (PDPL) & its Executive Regulations | Lawful processing of customer data for delivery and billing. |
| Electronic Signature Law No. 15/2004 & ITIDA regulations | Validity of electronic confirmations, receipts, and license agreements. |
| VAT Law No. 67/2016 (as amended) & Egyptian Tax Authority circulars on digital services | 14% VAT applied where applicable on digital services delivered to Egyptian consumers. |
| Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) regulations on electronic payments & PCI DSS v4.0 | Secure payment-card processing. |
| E-Commerce & Consumer Protection Agency (CPA) guidance | Disclosure standards for online sellers. |
3. Delivery Methods
Because we sell digital products only, no courier, postal service, or physical shipment is involved. Delivery is made via one or more of the following electronic channels:
- Email Delivery — A confirmation email containing the download link, license key, access credentials, or PDF attachment is sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- Account Dashboard — For registered users, the product appears in “My Account → Downloads / Courses / Subscriptions” on digisoul.io.
- Secure Download Link — Time-limited, tokenized URLs valid for 7 days and up to 5 downloads per purchase (resettable on request).
- Cloud / SaaS Access — Provisioning credentials for Naqsh, Daleel, SentinelSphere, AI4X, and similar platforms, delivered to the registered email.
- Calendar Invitation — For live workshops, seminars, and consulting sessions: calendar invite (.ics) plus meeting link (Zoom / Google Meet / Microsoft Teams).
4. Delivery Timeline
| Product Category | Expected Delivery Window | Channel |
|---|---|---|
| Digital downloads (templates, prompt libraries, e-books, decks) | Instant — up to 15 minutes after payment confirmation | Email + Account Dashboard |
| SaaS access (Naqsh, Daleel, SentinelSphere, AI4X) | Instant — up to 30 minutes (manual provisioning may extend to 24 hours) | Email credentials + Platform login |
| Online courses & certifications (AIFP, C-AIDAP™) | Instant enrollment; cohort-based programs start on published cohort date | Learning Management System (LMS) link |
| Live workshops, seminars, webinars | Calendar invite within 24 hours of registration; access link 1 hour before start | Email + Calendar (.ics) |
| 1-on-1 consulting sessions | Scheduling link within 24 hours; session at mutually agreed time | Email + Calendar |
| Custom / commissioned deliverables | As agreed in Statement of Work (SOW) — typically 5–20 business days | Email + Secure Portal |
All timelines are calculated from the moment our payment processor confirms the transaction as “Paid / Completed”. Payments in “Pending” or “Under Review” status (common with bank transfers or fraud-screening flags) are released upon clearance.
5. Order Confirmation & Electronic Invoicing
Immediately after payment, the Customer receives:
- A purchase confirmation email with order number and summary of items.
- A tax-compliant electronic invoice conforming to the Egyptian Tax Authority’s e-invoicing mandate, including seller details, buyer details, VAT breakdown, and unique invoice identifier.
- The delivery asset (link / credentials / key) either in the same email or in a follow-up email within the timeline above.
If a confirmation email is not received within 60 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder, then contact us (see Section 11).
6. Geographic Availability
Digital products are delivered globally, subject to the following:
- No cross-border sanctions-restricted territories are served (we comply with applicable UN, Egyptian, and international sanctions regimes).
- Some SaaS tools may have region-specific availability due to cloud-provider terms.
- Content language: primarily English and Arabic (Egyptian dialect), with select bilingual assets.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide an accurate, active email address at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by typos, invalid addresses, full mailboxes, overly aggressive spam filters, or corporate email blocking.
- Safeguard login credentials, license keys, and download links. Sharing is prohibited under the Product License Agreement.
- Ensure compatible hardware, software, and internet connection to access the product (minimum requirements are stated on each product page).
- Download and back up digital files within the validity window of the download link.
8. Delivery Failures & Remediation
If delivery fails or the Customer cannot access the product, we will, without additional charge:
- Resend the confirmation email and download link.
- Re-issue license keys where technically feasible.
- Extend or reset time-limited download windows.
- Escalate provisioning issues to the engineering team within 1 business day.
Where a delivery failure is attributable to DigiSoul and cannot be remedied within 7 calendar days, the Customer is entitled to a full refund pursuant to our Refund Policy, as required by Consumer Protection Law No. 181/2018.
9. Data Protection During Delivery
In line with PDPL 151/2020 and our Privacy Policy:
- Personal data collected for delivery (name, email, billing address, device/IP for fraud screening) is processed strictly for order fulfillment, tax compliance, and security.
- Data is transmitted over TLS 1.2+ encrypted channels; payments are handled by PCI DSS v4.0-compliant processors.
- No cardholder data is stored on DigiSoul systems.
- Data retention follows Egyptian commercial-records law (minimum 5 years for invoices) and PDPL minimization principles.
10. Force Majeure
DigiSoul is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including — without limitation — nationwide internet disruptions, cloud-provider outages, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or regulatory directives. We will notify affected customers and resume delivery as soon as possible, extending access periods accordingly.
