We are an early-stage MENA AI company, and our ESG practice is sized to that truth: a certified AI governance system at the core, digital inclusion as our social contribution, and an honest environmental posture — with every claim on this page traceable to a certificate, a policy, a live page, or a regulation.
We keep ESG (how we operate) separate from impact (the outcomes we aim for). Nothing on this page is a performance metric, and we publish numbers only once they are measured and verifiable.

Our social contribution is digital inclusion: free, bilingual AI education through the AI4X Fundamentals self-paced courses, a free curated community in Diwan AI with no paid tier, Arabic treated as a first-class professional language across our products, and a public accessibility commitment targeting WCAG 2.1 AA.

Environmental
We own no data centres, so we will not publish carbon numbers we cannot measure. What we commit to is energy-aware engineering: right-sizing models to the task, avoiding unnecessary compute, storage and data transfer, and preferring infrastructure vendors that disclose energy-efficiency efforts — as written in our Ethical AI Statement.

ESG is also a market we serve, not just a page we publish.
Egypt has made ESG disclosure a regulatory duty: FRA Decrees 107 and 108 of 2021 require annual ESG reporting from larger NBFIs and EGX-listed companies, with TCFD climate disclosure at larger sizes. Meeting those duties is exactly the kind of structured, evidence-heavy work governed AI is good at — and it shows up across the Digisoul ecosystem.
