Why a practical track, not theory
Most PM courses teach vocabulary and frameworks you can recite but cannot apply on a Monday. This track is built around the artifacts and decisions a working product manager owns, on a real problem you carry through every module.
Every session uses your real tasks, data and tools — you build assets you keep, not slideware.
You finish with a portfolio artifact and a verifiable certificate governed by our ISO/IEC 42001:2023-certified AIMS.
The shift
Move from reacting to a backlog of feature requests and gut-feel calls to running a repeatable operating rhythm: evidence-led discovery, ranked priorities, clear specs, and shipped outcomes you can measure.
By the end, you'll be able to…
Skills you’ll build
Customer discovery
PRD writing
Roadmap prioritization
Product strategy
Metrics and experimentation
Stakeholder alignment
Our approach
Our programmes help professionals get genuinely good at the work itself. We combine education, real examples, and guided practice so people leave with skills they can apply immediately.
01
Assess
Map your team’s current skill level and identify gaps by role.
02
Design
Build a curriculum aligned to your tools and learning goals.
03
Train
On-demand modules and real-world exercises you apply to your own work.
04
Measure
Track adoption and confidence with post-training assessments.
A four-module path from raw problem to a shipped, measured product decision.
Each module builds one part of the product manager’s operating system, applied to a problem you choose on day one.

Full syllabus, week by week
Customer interviews
Recruit, run, and synthesize discovery interviews without leading the witness.
Opportunity solution trees
Map the desired outcome to opportunities and competing solution bets.
Strategy and north-star
Write a product strategy and pick a north-star metric with healthy input metrics.
Prioritization frameworks
Apply RICE, WSJF, and Kano, and defend trade-offs to stakeholders.
The PRD
Scope, non-goals, user stories, edge cases, and acceptance criteria in one document.
Launch and measurement
Release checklist, rollout plan, funnel analysis, and a clean A/B test.
You leave with a board-ready product case
You build a complete product case on your own problem: discovery evidence, a strategy and roadmap, a PRD, and a launch-and-measurement plan.
It is the exact package a product manager takes into a leadership review to win headcount and a go decision.

Your toolkit
You work in the tools real teams use: Jira and Linear for delivery, Figma for design collaboration, Notion or Confluence for PRDs and roadmaps, and Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Excel for funnels, metrics, and prioritization math.

Questions, answered
What will I actually be able to do by the end?
Run discovery interviews, frame a validated problem, set a strategy and north-star metric, prioritize a roadmap, write a PRD, and plan a launch you can measure. You produce each of these as a real artifact, not a quiz answer.
Who is this programme for?
Aspiring and early-career product managers, plus engineers, designers, analysts, and founders stepping into product decisions. If you influence what gets built, it is for you.
How is it delivered?
It is fully self-paced and on-demand. Work through the modules on your own schedule, repeat any section, and apply each lesson to your own problem as you go. There are no live cohorts or fixed dates.
How much time should I budget?
Plan for roughly four to six hours per module. Most members finish the core path in four to six weeks at a comfortable pace, but the membership lets you go faster or slower.
What do I produce by the end?
A complete product case on a problem you choose: discovery evidence, a product strategy and roadmap, a PRD, and a launch-and-measurement plan, packaged the way you would present it to product leadership.
Do I need a technical background or to be working as a PM already?
No. You do not need to code or hold a PM title. You only need a product or problem you care about and the willingness to talk to customers and make decisions with evidence.
