Registration Policy

Operator & Legal Identity: This website and its products and services are operated by Digisoul For AI Services, a sole proprietorship (individual establishment) registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt under Commercial Register No. 35844 (Unified Commercial Register No. 10610.08000.35844) and Tax Registration No. 775-402-346. Registered office: Office A, 2nd Floor, 53 Capital Mall (behind the Court), Fifth Settlement (New Cairo), Cairo Governorate, Egypt.

Summary: This policy explains how you apply for and enrol in Digisoul training programmes — the paid AI4X series and the free Skills4X track — and the rules that govern eligibility, seat confirmation, deferrals, transfers, cancellation, attendance, and certification. Applying does not reserve a seat; your place is confirmed only once payment (or an approved arrangement) is completed by the stated deadline. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy, and your statutory consumer rights under Egyptian law are always preserved.

1. Eligibility

AI4X programmes are designed for working professionals and teams. Most tracks require no coding background; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is recommended but not mandatory. Participants should be comfortable with their everyday work tools and have English or Arabic proficiency. Some advanced tracks may state additional prerequisites on the programme page. The Skills4X track is offered free of charge and may have its own access or capacity conditions stated at the point of registration.

2. How to Register

  1. Apply. Submit the application form for your chosen programme and cohort. Applying does not reserve a seat.
  2. Confirmation of fit. Our team reviews your application and confirms the right track, cohort, and start date, usually within two business days.
  3. Secure your seat. Your seat is confirmed once payment (or an approved installment / wallet arrangement) is completed by the stated deadline. Seats are allocated on a first-confirmed basis and cohorts have limited capacity.

Before any paid enrolment is completed, the programme page and checkout disclose the programme title, the price, applicable taxes (VAT 14% where it applies), the start date, the schedule, and what is included, so you can make an informed decision. Payment is processed through a Central Bank of Egypt–licensed gateway (Paymob); see our Online Payment Policy for payment methods and security.

3. Payment Deadline & Seat Release

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be completed before the cohort start date. If payment is not received by the deadline, the held seat may be released to the waiting list. Payment terms and accepted methods are described in our Online Payment Policy.

4. Deferrals, Transfers & Track Changes

  • Deferral. You may request to move to a later cohort at least five (5) business days before the start date, subject to availability. One deferral is permitted without charge.
  • Transfer. You may transfer your enrolment to another eligible person before the programme begins, with prior written approval.
  • Track change. Requests to switch tracks are accommodated where capacity allows; price differences (if any) apply.

5. Cancellation by the Participant

You may cancel your enrolment. Cancellations and any associated refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: for AI4X programmes, a full refund is available up to seven (7) days before the start date; after a cohort begins, fees are non-refundable, with good-will rescheduling where possible.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 181/2018. The statutory right to cancel an online order within seven (7) days of placement applies up to the moment the service begins; at checkout you acknowledge that, for a cohort that starts within that window, the programme begins on the stated start date and the cooling-off period ends at that point.

6. Changes or Cancellation by Digisoul

We may reschedule, merge, or cancel a cohort — for example if minimum enrolment is not reached. In that case you will be offered a transfer to the next available cohort or a full refund of fees paid. Digisoul is not liable for incidental costs (such as travel) arising from such changes.

7. Attendance & Certification

To earn the AI4X Certificate of Completion, participants must complete the required sessions and the capstone for their track. Certificates are issued to the named participant and carry a verifiable credential ID, which can be confirmed at digisoul.io/verify. Repeated non-attendance without notice may affect eligibility for the certificate. We make no guarantee of any particular employment, business, or performance outcome from completing a programme.

8. Code of Conduct

We are committed to a respectful, professional learning environment. Harassment, discrimination, or sharing of programme materials outside your licensed access is not permitted and may result in removal without refund.

9. Data & Communications

Information you provide when you apply or enrol — including applicant data such as your name, contact details, and background — is collected and processed on a lawful basis and handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We will contact you about your application, seat, schedule, and programme logistics. You may exercise your data-subject rights as described in our Data Retention & User Rights policy.

10. Regulatory Framework (Egypt, 2026)

This policy is designed to comply with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including:

  • Consumer Protection Law No. 181/2018 and its Executive Regulations (Prime Minister Decree 822/2019) — mandatory pre-contract disclosures for distance/online enrolment; the right to cancel an online order within 7 days of placement; and protection of consumer rights.
  • Personal Data Protection Law No. 151/2020 and its Executive Regulations (Prime Minister Decree 816/2025) — lawful basis and explicit consent for processing applicant data, a transparent privacy notice, and data-subject rights.
  • Electronic Signature Law No. 15/2004 (ITIDA) — recognising electronic acceptance and online enrolment as legally valid.
  • VAT Law No. 67/2016 (as amended) and the Egyptian Tax Authority e-invoicing system — VAT 14% applied to fees where applicable.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Registration Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our programmes, operations, or applicable law. The current version and its effective date are shown at the top of this page. Material changes take effect when posted; your continued use of our registration services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The competent courts of Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under Egyptian law.

١. الأهلية

صُمِّمت برامج AI4X للمهنيين العاملين وفِرَق العمل. ولا تتطلب معظم المسارات خلفية برمجية؛ ويُستحسَن الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس أو خبرة مهنية معادِلة دون أن يكون ذلك إلزاميًّا. ويُتوقَّع من المشاركين الإلمام بأدوات عملهم اليومية وإجادة اللغة الإنجليزية أو العربية. وقد تَذكُر بعض المسارات المتقدمة متطلبات إضافية في صفحة البرنامج. ويُقدَّم مسار Skills4X مجانًا، وقد تَسري عليه شروط وصول أو سعة خاصة تُوضَّح عند التسجيل.

٢. كيفية التسجيل

  1. التقديم. قدِّم نموذج الطلب الخاص بالبرنامج والدُّفعة (الكوهورت) المختارة. ولا يؤدي التقديم إلى حجز مقعد.
  2. تأكيد الملاءمة. يراجع فريقنا طلبك ويؤكّد المسار والدُّفعة وتاريخ البدء المناسبين، عادةً خلال يومَي عمل.
  3. تأمين مقعدك. يُؤكَّد مقعدك بعد إتمام الدفع (أو ترتيب تقسيط / محفظة معتمد) قبل الموعد النهائي المحدّد. وتُخصَّص المقاعد على أساس أسبقية التأكيد، وللدُّفعات سعة محدودة.

قبل إتمام أي التحاق مدفوع، تُفصِح صفحة البرنامج وصفحة الدفع عن عنوان البرنامج وسعره والضرائب المطبَّقة (ضريبة القيمة المضافة 14% حيثما تنطبق) وتاريخ البدء والجدول الزمني وما يشمله البرنامج، بما يتيح لك اتخاذ قرار مستنير. وتُعالَج المدفوعات عبر بوابة دفع مرخَّصة من البنك المركزي المصري (Paymob)؛ راجع سياسة الدفع الإلكتروني للاطلاع على طرق الدفع والأمان.

٣. الموعد النهائي للدفع وإعادة طرح المقعد

ما لم يُتَّفق على خلاف ذلك كتابةً، يجب إتمام الدفع قبل تاريخ بدء الدُّفعة. وإذا لم يُستلَم الدفع بحلول الموعد النهائي، فقد يُعاد طرح المقعد المحجوز على قائمة الانتظار. وتُوضَّح شروط الدفع والطرق المقبولة في سياسة الدفع الإلكتروني.

٤. التأجيل والنقل وتغيير المسار

  • التأجيل. يمكنك طلب الانتقال إلى دُفعة لاحقة قبل خمسة (5) أيام عمل على الأقل من تاريخ البدء، وفقًا للتوافر. ويُسمح بتأجيل واحد دون رسوم.
  • النقل. يمكنك نقل التحاقك إلى شخص آخر مؤهَّل قبل بدء البرنامج، بموافقة كتابية مسبقة.
  • تغيير المسار. تُلبَّى طلبات تغيير المسار متى سمحت السعة بذلك؛ وتُطبَّق فروق السعر (إن وُجدت).

٥. الإلغاء من جانب المشارك

يمكنك إلغاء التحاقك. ويخضع الإلغاء وأي استرداد مرتبط به لـسياسة استرداد الأموال الخاصة بنا: بالنسبة لبرامج AI4X، يتاح استرداد كامل حتى سبعة (7) أيام قبل تاريخ البدء؛ وبعد بدء الدُّفعة تصبح الرسوم غير قابلة للاسترداد، مع إتاحة إعادة الجدولة كبادرة حُسن نية متى أمكن.

لا يَحُدُّ أيٌّ مما ورد في هذه السياسة من حقوقك الإلزامية بموجب قانون حماية المستهلك رقم 181/2018. ويَسري الحق القانوني في إلغاء الطلب عبر الإنترنت خلال سبعة (7) أيام من تقديمه حتى لحظة بدء الخدمة؛ وعند إتمام الدفع تُقِرّ بأنه — بالنسبة لدُفعة تبدأ خلال تلك المهلة — يبدأ البرنامج في تاريخ البدء المحدّد وتنتهي مهلة العدول عند تلك اللحظة.

٦. التغيير أو الإلغاء من جانب Digisoul

يجوز لنا إعادة جدولة دُفعة أو دمجها أو إلغاؤها — مثلًا إذا لم يكتمل الحد الأدنى للالتحاق. وفي تلك الحالة يُعرَض عليك النقل إلى الدُّفعة المتاحة التالية أو استرداد كامل للرسوم المدفوعة. ولا تتحمّل Digisoul مسؤولية أي تكاليف عَرَضية (مثل السفر) تنشأ عن هذه التغييرات.

٧. الحضور ومنح الشهادة

للحصول على شهادة إتمام AI4X، يجب على المشاركين إكمال الجلسات المطلوبة ومشروع التخرّج الخاص بمسارهم. وتُصدَر الشهادات باسم المشارك المذكور وتحمل مُعرِّف اعتماد قابلًا للتحقّق، يمكن التأكد منه على digisoul.io/verify. وقد يؤثّر تكرار التغيّب دون إخطار على الأهلية للحصول على الشهادة. ولا نقدّم أي ضمان بشأن أي نتيجة وظيفية أو تجارية أو أدائية مُعيَّنة نتيجة إتمام البرنامج.

٨. مدونة قواعد السلوك

نلتزم بتوفير بيئة تعليمية محترمة ومهنية. ولا يُسمح بالتحرّش أو التمييز أو مشاركة مواد البرنامج خارج نطاق وصولك المرخَّص، وقد يترتب على ذلك الاستبعاد دون استرداد للرسوم.

٩. البيانات والمراسلات

تُجمَع المعلومات التي تقدّمها عند التقديم أو الالتحاق — بما في ذلك بيانات مقدِّم الطلب مثل الاسم وبيانات الاتصال والخلفية — وتُعالَج على أساس قانوني، وتُتَداوَل وفقًا لـسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا. وسنتواصل معك بشأن طلبك ومقعدك وجدولك والترتيبات اللوجستية للبرنامج. ويمكنك ممارسة حقوقك كصاحب بيانات على النحو الموضَّح في سياسة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحقوق المستخدم.

١٠. الإطار التنظيمي (مصر، 2026)

صُمِّمت هذه السياسة للامتثال لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، ومنها:

  • قانون حماية المستهلك رقم 181/2018 ولائحته التنفيذية (قرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم 822/2019) — الإفصاحات الإلزامية السابقة على التعاقد بالنسبة للالتحاق عن بُعد/عبر الإنترنت؛ والحق في إلغاء الطلب عبر الإنترنت خلال 7 أيام من تقديمه؛ وحماية حقوق المستهلك.
  • قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية رقم 151/2020 ولائحته التنفيذية (قرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم 816/2025) — الأساس القانوني والموافقة الصريحة لمعالجة بيانات مقدِّم الطلب، وإشعار خصوصية شفّاف، وحقوق أصحاب البيانات.
  • قانون التوقيع الإلكتروني رقم 15/2004 (هيئة إيتيدا) — الاعتراف بالقبول الإلكتروني والالتحاق عبر الإنترنت بوصفهما صحيحَين قانونًا.
  • قانون ضريبة القيمة المضافة رقم 67/2016 (وتعديلاته) ونظام الفاتورة الإلكترونية لمصلحة الضرائب المصرية — تطبيق ضريبة القيمة المضافة 14% على الرسوم حيثما انطبقت.

١٢. التعديلات على هذه السياسة

قد نُحدِّث سياسة التسجيل هذه من حين لآخر لتعكس التغييرات في برامجنا أو عملياتنا أو القانون الواجب التطبيق. ويظهر الإصدار الحالي وتاريخ سريانه أعلى هذه الصفحة. وتسري التعديلات الجوهرية فور نشرها؛ ويُعَدّ استمرارك في استخدام خدمات التسجيل لدينا قبولًا للسياسة المُحدَّثة.

١٣. القانون الواجب التطبيق والاختصاص القضائي

تخضع هذه السياسة لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية. وتختص محاكم القاهرة المختصة دون غيرها بالفصل في أي نزاع، وذلك دون الإخلال بأي حقوق إلزامية لحماية المستهلك متاحة لك بموجب القانون المصري.
