١. ما هي ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتقنيات المماثلة
ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز) هي ملفات نصية صغيرة تُوضع على جهازك عند زيارتك لموقع إلكتروني. وتشمل «التقنيات المماثلة» وحدات البكسل والوسوم وحِزم تطوير البرمجيات (SDKs) والتخزين المحلي ومُعرِّفات الأجهزة التي تؤدي وظائف مماثلة من حيث تخزين المعلومات على جهازك أو قراءتها منه. ويُقصد بمصطلح «ملفات الارتباط» في هذه السياسة ملفات الارتباط وجميع هذه التقنيات المماثلة معًا. وقد تضعها Digisoul (طرف أول) أو أطراف خارجية تظهر خدماتها على صفحاتنا (طرف ثالث).

٧. الإطار التنظيمي (مصر، ٢٠٢٦)
- قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية رقم 151/2020 ولائحته التنفيذية (قرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم 816/2025، الساري اعتبارًا من ٢ نوفمبر ٢٠٢٥): الأساس القانوني والموافقة الصريحة للمعالجة؛ والإخطار الشفاف؛ وحقوق صاحب البيانات؛ وسهولة سحب الموافقة؛ والموافقة المسبقة على ملفات الارتباط وأدوات التتبُّع غير الضرورية، وذلك تحت إشراف المركز القومي لحماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPC).
