Guidance
How each level supports your career
Level 1 · Fundamentals — for analysts, accountants and managers
Self-paced. Build confident fluency with ChatGPT, Copilot, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini, prompting, AI agents and responsible use. Your foundation for everything that follows.
Level 2 · Advanced — for FP&A operators and business partners
A live cohort. Build production AI artifacts on your own numbers: an AI variance explainer, a Monte Carlo driver model and an executive dashboard, plus a 90-day rollout.
Level 3 · Strategic — for CFOs and finance leaders
A premium executive cohort. Set the AI strategy, allocate capital, govern the risk and own the board narrative. Seven board-grade artifacts and a capstone strategy.
How the three levels fit together
Literacy, then building, then leadership. Teams often run Level 1 broadly, send operators to Level 2, and put leaders through Level 3, so the whole function moves together.
Which level should I start with?
New to AI in finance, start at Fundamentals. An FP&A operator who wants to build, start at Advanced. A finance leader setting the agenda, start at Strategic.
Can my team take different levels?
Yes. The pathway is designed so different roles take different levels at the same time, with one shared language and standard across the function.
Do I have to take them in order?
No. Each level stands on its own. You can start at the level that fits your role today and move up when you are ready.
What stays the same across all three?
One design, one standard, ISO/IEC 42001-governed throughout, MENA-anchored, and a Programme Completion Letter at every level.
