About Course

Practical GenAI in People & HR is the self-paced Skills4X twin of Digisoul’s AI4X programme of the same name. Working entirely on your own people data (synthetic in the labs), you build a complete HR AI Operating System spanning workforce planning, bias-controlled hiring, learning pathways, compensation equity, and engagement intelligence. Deploy engagement, DEI, and employee-relations intelligence, then govern the whole stack under EU AI Act risk tiers.

Capstone · HR AI Operating System
Assemble and defend a complete HR AI Operating System on your own (synthetic) people data, inside EU AI Act-aware, PDPL-compliant guardrails.
