How your Software Engineering cohort works — schedule, support, and what you'll ship.

Weeks 1–3 · Foundations + code quality + RAG
Set up your repo and environment, ship your first feature with READ-ME, and build an evaluated RAG pipeline.

Weeks 4–6 · AI engineering practices
Apply STREAM: type-safe, replayable, evaluated, audited and monitored AI features.

Weeks 7–9 · Deploy & iterate
Ship to a live URL with SHIP, add observability and incident response, and iterate.

Weeks 10–12 · Monetise + capstone
Add Stripe checkout (PRICE-TO-PAY), close the paying loop, and defend your live SaaS.

Capstone · Naseej capstone
Your capstone is a real, paying SaaS shipped to a live URL by graduation — not a demo, not a case simulation. Built incrementally across 12 weeks on the Naseej Cloud track, Python-only (Streamlit + FastAPI + Stripe).
