How your Supply Chain cohort works — schedule, support, and what you'll ship.

Weeks 1–2 · Strategy + supplier intelligence
Map your chain with SCOR, then classify 50 suppliers with Kraljic and a risk matrix.

Weeks 3–4 · Maturity + inventory science
Diagnose maturity (APICS/ASCM), then set ABC/EOQ/safety-stock policy.

Weeks 5–6 · Lean + S&OP
Run a TIM-WOODS audit and value-stream map, then a three-audience S&OP cadence.

Weeks 7–8 · Demand sensing + customs capstone
Build a bullwhip-aware demand-sensing model and a MENA customs pack, then defend.

Capstone · Mawrid Operating System
Your capstone runs on your own chain. Build a board-defensible Supply-Chain AI Operating System — demand-sensing, supplier scoring, ABC inventory, audit-logged. Scaffolded on the Mawrid Supply Chain case (synthetic, watermarked).
