How your Project Management cohort works — schedule, support, and what you'll ship.

Week 1 · Strategy, charter & planning
Build a charter, scope, schedule or release plan and a baseline — in Predictive or Agile.

Week 2 · Risk management & automation
Stand up an EVM or velocity dashboard, a risk radar and automated status reporting.

Week 3 · Change & stakeholder intelligence
Run change logs, three-audience stakeholder cuts and a 7-S assessment.

Week 4 · Closeout & lessons-learned defence
Produce a benefits-realisation narrative and lessons-learned, then defend your Operating System.

Capstone · Project AI Operating System
Your capstone runs on your own project — Predictive, Agile or Hybrid. Build a Project AI Operating System. Three integrated components, scaffolded on the AMDG (Al-Masar Delivery Group) PMO case (synthetic, FIDIC-aware).
