Week 1 · Strategy, discovery & the AI-ready PRD
Run a JTBD discovery sprint and write a PRISM PRD from a vision one-pager and five key insights.

Week 2 · Rapid prototyping with generative AI
Build a clickable, bilingual, accessible prototype with Lovable/v0/Bolt and Claude.

Week 3 · Experimentation, launch & growth
Design experiments with proper power, then ship a launch pack and a 30/60/90 plan.

Week 4 · Analytics, retention & capstone defence
Instrument HEART metrics and defend your Product AI Operating System and working prototype.

Capstone · Product AI Operating System
Your capstone runs on your own product area. Build a Product AI Operating System and a defended working prototype. Scaffolded on the Sawa Super App case (synthetic) with bilingual EN/AR parity and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility.
