Your AI knows finance. It doesn't know your jurisdiction.

Generic AI answers MENA tax and accounting questions in seconds — then invents the rule it cites. UAE Corporate Tax (FTA) · DS-BRAIN-001
We're a Free Zone company earning AED 4m from selling goods to mainland UAE customers and AED 9m from re-exports to KSA. Do we keep the 0% QFZP rate, and what's our Corporate Tax exposure?
The AED 9m of re-export income can be Qualifying Income taxed at 0%, but the AED 4m of mainland sales is non-qualifying. The de minimis test caps non-qualifying revenue at the lower of 5% of total revenue or AED 5m. Yours is AED 4m on AED 13m total = 30.8% — the threshold is breached, so QFZP status is lost and all AED 13m is taxable at 9%. Basis: Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022, Art. 18, read with Cabinet Decision No. 100 of 2023.Federal Decree-Law 47/2022 · Cabinet Decision 100/2023

IFRS 9 · DS-BRAIN-005
A customer loan was 45 days past due at year-end, up from never-late last year, and their credit rating dropped two notches. Which IFRS 9 stage, and how do I compute the ECL?
A two-notch downgrade plus 45 days past due is a significant increase in credit risk since initial recognition — move from Stage 1 (12-month ECL) to Stage 2 (lifetime ECL). You're past the 30-DPD rebuttable presumption but not yet the 90-DPD default presumption. Lifetime ECL = PD(lifetime) × LGD × EAD, discounted at the original effective interest rate. Staging is symmetrical: if the customer cures below the SICR trigger, you move back to Stage 1. Basis: IFRS 9 §5.5.3 and §5.5.9–5.5.11.IFRS 9 §5.5 — 3-stage ECL model

ZATCA + Pillar Two / GloBE · DS-BRAIN-002 / DS-BRAIN-007
We're a mixed Saudi/GCC and foreign-owned company in KSA. How do I work out the Zakat base, and does the 15% global minimum tax touch us if group revenue is EUR 900m?
Two separate regimes. (1) Zakat applies to the Saudi/GCC-ownership share: base ≈ equity + provisions + long-term liabilities funding non-current assets − deductible non-current assets, then Zakat at 2.5% on the adjusted base; the foreign-owned share is subject to 20% corporate income tax instead. (2) Pillar Two: EUR 900m exceeds the EUR 750m consolidated-revenue threshold, so the GloBE Rules apply — compute the jurisdictional effective tax rate, and if KSA's ETR is below 15%, a top-up brings it to 15%. Confirm KSA's domestic implementation timing before assuming a QDMTT applies.ZATCA Zakat Regulations · OECD GloBE Rules — 15% minimum

Model-agnostic by design — it’s plain context, so it works with any capable LLM, cloud or local. No lock-in, no new platform to learn.

HOW IT WORKS

It got specialist about your jurisdiction

Digisoul Brain doesn’t make your AI smarter about everything. It loads the real obligations of one MENA or GCC market into the tool you already use — so a Zakat question gets the ZATCA formula, a VAT question gets the local rate and exemptions, an Islamic-finance question gets the AAOIFI treatment, every answer cited to its source.

Four guarantees, in every engine
Cited, not invented

Every answer names the standard, circular or decree it rests on, so you verify in seconds instead of hours. Spans IFRS 9/15/16/17, Basel III/IV, AAOIFI, ZATCA, UAE Corporate Tax, Pillar Two/GloBE, FATF/AML-CFT and IPSAS.

Tuned to your jurisdiction

Generic AI defaults to generic — often US-GAAP-flavoured — rules. Each engine is built for the real obligations of eight MENA & GCC markets, bilingual in English and Arabic within one session.

Runs where you already work — including offline

A plain skill file, not a platform. Drop it into Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code, JetBrains, Zed or any MCP client — or run it on a local model like Gemma, so sensitive financial data never leaves the building.

Buy once, stays current

One-time purchase, lifetime updates within scope. As IFRS, ZATCA and the local circulars change, the engine is refreshed — so the expertise inside your AI doesn't freeze the moment a new decree drops.

WHAT YOU GET

What's inside every engine

You’ve seen it work. Here’s what’s doing the work inside the file.

01
Curated regulatory knowledge base

The standards, circulars and frameworks for your jurisdiction, structured so the AI reaches for the right source — and names it — instead of guessing.

02
Tested prompt library

Each task becomes a repeatable workflow: a computation, a set of journal entries, a classification. Ask once, get the same rigour every time.

03
Worked examples & templates

You get the deliverable, not a blank box — fully worked scenarios you adapt to your own facts and figures.

04
Lifetime updates, bilingual EN/AR

Refreshed within scope as the rules change, and fluent in both English and Arabic in a single session.

ONE-TIME PURCHASE · LIFETIME UPDATES IN SCOPE
Buy the engine once. Reuse it on every file, forever — refreshed as the rules change.

No subscription, no per-question fee. A one-time price in EGP (geo-priced — engines in the low five figures, bundles higher) against a tool you reuse on every question you face, with lifetime updates within scope so the expertise never freezes at a training cutoff. Any illustrative figure on this page is labelled as such and stated in EGP.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask before they purchase

One-time purchase. You buy the engine (or bundle) once and own it, with lifetime updates within the product’s scope — no recurring fee from us. You keep your own AI subscription separately.

As the standards, circulars and decrees an engine covers are amended — a new ZATCA edition, an IFRS revision, a fresh Cabinet Decision — we refresh that engine’s knowledge base and re-issue the file. ‘Within scope’ means updates to the regulations the engine already covers; a brand-new jurisdiction or discipline is a separate engine, not a free upgrade.

A standard purchase is a single-user license for your own professional use. If you need to deploy an engine across a team or department, contact us for team licensing — we’ll size it to your seats.

Because each engine is a downloadable file delivered instantly, sales are final once downloaded. If you hit a genuine problem — a corrupt file or a download that won’t complete — reach out and we’ll make it right.

Setup and download support, plus help getting the file loaded into your AI tool of choice. The engines are designed to be self-explanatory — install is a drag-and-drop — but if you’re stuck, we’ll walk you through it.

Yes. The file is plain model-agnostic context, so you can load it into a local model like Gemma running on your own machine. Your tax, audit and client data never leaves the building.
