The executive voice, amplified. AI as editor and rehearsal partner; rewrite one real high-stakes communication and build a personal tone guide the model follows on command.
Session 3 · Visibility without apology
Visibility without apology. Build an evidence-backed achievement inventory from real projects, rewrite your profile, and rehearse a 90-second introduction against an AI red-team.
Session 4 · The negotiation lab
The negotiation lab. Interest-based negotiation and BATNA on one real upcoming negotiation — leave with a written brief, role-play transcripts and counter-offer scripts in English and Arabic.
Session 5 · Decisions in numbers
Decisions in numbers. Use GenAI to interrogate a real (sanitised) report or dataset, and ship a one-page decision memo with a defensible chart and the reusable prompt chain behind it.
Session 6 · Bias, governance and the responsible leader
Bias, governance, and the responsible leader. Where AI encodes bias and how a manager challenges an output; author a one-page AI-use policy and a bias checklist for a tool your organisation uses.

What exactly is this programme?
Practical GenAI for Women in Leadership is an AI4X programme from Digisoul, led by our cofounder and Managing Director, Dr. Israa Khalaf. It fuses a working GenAI practice with leadership advancement — built for women professionals and managers across MENA, in English and Arabic.
Who is it for?
Women professionals and managers in MENA who lead work, teams or budgets — in any function. No technical background is needed; nothing in the programme requires code. You do need a real role: every session builds on your actual work, not sample cases.
Do I need a technical or coding background?
Eight Fridays, three hours each, live, Cairo time. Between sessions, expect one to two hours applying that week’s artifact inside your own role — that application is the programme.
How much does it cost, and how can I pay?
This is Founding Cohort 01: register interest and we confirm dates, cohort size and terms on a discovery call. Two full women’s scholarship seats are reserved in every paid AI4X cohort we run, allocated on application.
How much time does it take, and is it live?
Both. Core teaching is in English; materials, prompt patterns and templates are bilingual, and you build your artifacts in whichever language your work happens in. Arabic prompting is taught explicitly, not as an afterthought.
What do I earn?
A Programme Completion Letter that names the eight artifacts you built, signed by faculty and governed by our ISO/IEC 42001:2023-certified AIMS — verifiable at digisoul.io/verify. We do not promise promotions or salary outcomes; we put the evidence for them in your hands.
What if I am not sure it is the right fit?
You work on your own material under clear confidentiality rules taught in session one — what may and may not enter an AI tool. Where real data cannot be shared, we teach sanitisation patterns so the artifact still fits your actual role. Book a call and we will help you decide.
