is a Strategic FinTech & RegTech products leader and was recognised as one of the Most Innovative AI Leaders to Follow in 2025. With credentials including C‑OKRP®, AIC™, FMVA® and an MBA in progress, he blends deep technical expertise with executive‑level experience.
Ahmed is a GenAI, Data Analytics, Agentic AI & ML Analytics trainer who has delivered FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and risk‑management training across the Middle East. His practical, hands‑on approach helps finance teams adopt AI confidently and ethically.
The opening session establishes the conceptual foundation for AI integration in FP&A while providing hands-on experience with basic AI tools. Participants begin by examining the current state of FP&A across different industries and regions, identifying common pain points and inefficiencies that AI can address. The session includes a comprehensive overview of the AI landscape, with particular focus on Generative AI capabilities and their specific applications in financial analysis
The second and third sessions delves deep into the application of AI for sophisticated financial modeling and forecasting. Participants learn to leverage multiple AI tools in combination, using ChatGPT and Manus AI for model structure development, Gemini for data analysis and visualization, and Perplexity Pro for market research and assumption validation. The session emphasizes practical application through work with real financial datasets from Middle Eastern companies.
Session four focuses on transforming traditional reporting processes through AI integration. Participants learn to create intelligent dashboards that automatically update, provide contextual analysis, and generate executive-ready commentary. The session begins with an examination of current reporting challenges, including the time-intensive nature of manual report preparation, the difficulty of maintaining consistency across multiple reports, and the challenge of providing meaningful insights rather than just data presentation.
The fifth session addresses one of the most critical applications of AI in FP&A: strategic planning and scenario analysis. In an increasingly volatile business environment, organizations require planning processes that can rapidly adapt to changing conditions and provide insights across multiple potential futures. This session teaches participants to leverage AI tools for sophisticated scenario planning that goes far beyond traditional best/base/worst case analysis.
Sessions six and seven focus on revolutionizing performance management through AI-enhanced KPI development and monitoring. Traditional performance management systems often suffer from lagging indicators, limited context, and difficulty in identifying root causes of performance variations. AI tools can address these limitations by providing real-time performance insights, predictive indicators, and automated root cause analysis. Participants learn to develop intelligent KPI frameworks that automatically adjust based on business context, provide early warning signals for potential performance issues, and suggest corrective actions based on historical patterns and best practices.
The final session focuses on the practical aspects of implementing AI-enhanced FP&A processes within existing organizational structures. While technical proficiency with AI tools is essential, successful implementation requires careful attention to change management, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement processes. This session provides participants with the strategic and tactical knowledge necessary to lead AI transformation initiatives within their organizations
